With 6 years of experience in advanced aesthetics, Bailey is a Master Esthetician with a passion for skin health, results and personalized care. She began her career through an advanced 1,200-hour esthetics program, completing twice the training hours typically required for licensure.

Her expertise includes advanced exfoliation, dermaplaning, customized treatment plans and professional home-care recommendations, with a focus on creating healthy, glowing skin over time.

A Carlsbad native who grew up overseas and began her career as an esthetician in Utah and New York, Bailey brings a unique perspective to beauty and skincare. Outside the treatment room, she loves surfing, fashion and all things beauty.
