How do I book an appointment at Glow Theory?
Choose your treatment and time in the online scheduler at the top of this page, or call us at (760) 264-9466 and our front desk will book it for you. We’ll remind you before your visit.
Is there a consultation fee?
Yes. Consultations are $100 for new and returning patients, and the fee goes toward any service or product you choose at your visit. Each consultation includes an in-depth skin analysis with one of our providers.
Do I need a card to book?
Yes. We ask for a credit card when you schedule to hold your appointment or consultation. CareCredit can’t be used for appointment deposits.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Call us at least 48 hours before your appointment and there’s no charge. Cancellations with less notice, and no-shows, are charged $100 to the card on file.
What if I’m running late?
Please call us. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the visit counts as a same-day cancellation and the cancellation fee applies.
Do you have new client offers?
Yes. Most treatments have a new client offer, such as $10 per unit for Botox. Offers can’t be combined with other promotions. See current offers on our specials page.
Where is Glow Theory and where do I park?
We’re at 7750 El Camino Real, Suite F, Carlsbad, CA 92009, in south Carlsbad near La Costa. There is free parking at the studio.
