Like any injectable treatment, SKINVIVE™ can cause some temporary side effects like redness, swelling, bruising, and tenderness at the injection site. These typically resolve within a few days. If you experience any persistent or concerning side effects, be sure to give us a call right away.

You might experience some slight redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection sites, but these typically resolve within a few days. The actual injection process is a breeze, taking only around 10-15 minutes. However, your initial consultation at Glow Theory Carlsbad will involve discussing your goals, assessing your skin, and preparing you for the treatment, adding some extra time. Plan for around 30-45 minutes for the whole experience.
