If a provider determines a treatment isn't right for you, your payment is applied as credit toward other services.
Is financing available?
Yes. CareCredit and Cherry are available on purchases of $2,000 or more.
How does the raffle work?
Every purchase earns entries: up to $999 earns 1, $1,000 to $2,999 earns 2, $3,000 earns 3, and every additional $1,000 earns 1 more, with no limit. At checkout you choose which raffles to enter.
